"So we've already talked about skin care and how important it is to keep the outside clean, but what about the inside? Well, certainly, whatever you eat is going to effect your skin so we want to eat as healthy as possible. Sugar, well we all need some sort of sugar in our body, but synthetic sugars, well they're really hard. So you want to make sure that you are eating properly. That if you're getting sugars you're getting not from a candy bar but from fruit like apples, bananas, you know, bananas are great because they also have potassium which most women in America are potassium they are lacking. So that's a great way to get your potassium. So when you take the hard vitamins in capulets or pills, this is a hard form, you're getting about thirty percent, thirty to forty percent of what's in the vitamin. The rest your body kind of uses as filler and it takes, it exfoliates it out, but when you take vitamins in pill form and when you take vitamins in a liquid form your body is able to break it down even quicker and it goes into your bloodstream quicker. So you get about seventy percent of what you're supposed to have in this. So, thirty-forty, seventy-eighty, you do the math. Here's to good health. Not bad. Not bad at all."
