" Hi my name is Jamie Yasko-Mangum and with Successful Style and Image today on Expert Village we are going to talk about your hair, make-up, nails, face, personal hygiene, when it comes to professional dress. Matter of fact that is really about any kind of dress that you have. But today we are going to focus on professional dress. With your hair you want a hair style that not only fits in to the work profession that you are in. For instance if you are more conservative your hair need to be a little bit more conservative. Now when I'm talking about conservative it doesn't mean that it has to be very short and severe. You can still have long hair but it need to have a style to it. Need to have the right color, the right color means it should blend with your skin and your eyes. It should be a style that you can take care of. Also a style that is functional. If you are working in more artistic career field it could be advertising there you may be able to wear maybe a little bit more different or more character driven hair style. Just make sure your hair is cleaned and make sure it also keeps its style. What you don't want to do especially if you have long hair is that you don't always want to put it up. You want to make sure that there is a style with it. So hair is very important. When we are talking about make-up we are not wearing make-up that we just lacer on and that it is very heavy. What you want is office appropriate make-up. That is make-up that blends with your face it can make your eyes pop, make you look alive. If you don't wear a lot of make-up what you need to do is put a little bit of mascara, you want a little bit of blush, and some lip gloss. That would make you sunkist and it would make you look absolute excellent. But you don't want to pail on the make-up. The eye shadow you want to blend with your eyes, not stick out from your eyes. You don't want to look dated in your make-up. You want to look current in your make-up. You don't want to look like you have a mask on. You want to look natural. When you are talking about your hands and nails you want to make sure that your hands and nails. You want your hands are lotion. You make sure that your nails look good. You don't always need to have a acrylic nails or always go get a manicure. If you can't always afford to get a manicure do it at home. Your nails should be cleaned. Your nails should be at a appropriate length. If you are wearing color on your nails you don't want to wear these outlandish bright neon colors you want to have very blended colors. Personal hygiene you don't want to wear a ton of perfume. You want to make sure that you smell good if you do not wear any perfume at all. Very important that your personal hygiene looks good because it is the whole body image of your suit of your professional dress that you are projecting to your audience. "
