"Hi, I'm Dustin here on behalf of Expert Village here at Callister's. Today I'm going to discuss if you are riding, whether you should wear a helmet or a hat. Most people, who are experienced riders, go into a hat. Now hats are basically for style. They're not really, if you fall in your head, this is gonna crush, its not gonna protect your head at all. But it's for style. It's also a little bit for protection from the sun, from the wind. Now if you do ride, I'd recommend getting some that's just a little more snug than you would for a comfortable and style hat. Or you can get stampede strings which are usually horse hair alot of straps that come here, neck, neck here, so you dont, hat doesnt fly off. But if you're beginner, I would recommend, strongly recommend getting a helmet for something like this. Now, if you look out there, there are hats, cowboy hats that actually have helmets built into them. If you want a nice happy medium, maybe that's something you wanna go with especially if you do showing or just plain riding. Hats or helmets you choose."
