"Now, I'm going to talk about the rules and regulations as well as the application process. You must set guidelines and rules in order for contestants to follow them. If you set certain rules and a contestant breaks the rule, you may give them a warning, but if they continue to do it, you need to release them from the contest because that means that they are not responsible. Also, you need to make sure that you have an application process. Make sure that every contestant fills out a complete application. Sometimes it's good to have an essay section so that you can see how they communicate. And you know, if they don't have a good reputation or you know if they seem to have a good attitude about the pageant, do not allow them participate until they fix that about themselves because it is a positive experience for young women and you should keep it that way with the contestants as well."
