"One thing that is vital that you cannot forget at a pageant is the score sheet for the judges. You need to type up a simple score sheet like so and make sure you name each category and have blanks for each judge so that they can write in their score and total it at the end. Here's an example of a score sheet that is already filled out. Along with the score sheet comes an auditor. You want to find a person that is good at math to come an volunteer to be the auditor at the pageant. They would usually sit at the end of the table with the judges so that when the judges are finish scoring each contestant they're just gonna hand the score sheet straight to the auditor so that he or she can begin adding it up. Make sure you provide a calculator for the auditor and the tally sheets so that they can put the final scores on them."
