"For swimsuit competition, high heels are a must. The reason for that is because when a contestant is walking onstage, she wants to accents the muscles on her legs. High heels are gonna give her a chance to flex her muscles each time that she walks. And it?s also gonna create a gliding on the stage, a more smooth movement when you walk. Also, when doing high heels, walking in a swimsuit, you probably don?t want it to be over 3 1/2 inches tall because when you're getting that high then it becomes difficult to walk especially when they are really thin like that. For swimsuit, for the actual swimsuit, you can either do a two-piece or a one-piece. It must be appropriate for the crowd. It?s more about showing your fitness rather than an inappropriate look. Whenever the girls are doing their hair, have them pull back their hair or put it half back so that their shoulders are shown when they're walking. Make sure that the music is high energy and fun so that the swimsuit competition will go fairly quickly and that they'll feel like, kind of like they're on runway stage at a fashion model show."
