"Also, swimsuit is a competition that is optional. I would not suggest swimsuit competition for school aged girls. Only if you're involved with college-age or franchise then I would suggest that. Now if it?s not school affiliated, then yes, teenagers can participate in fitness or swimsuit competition as long as you keep it appropriate. Now in preparing for swimsuit competition, you can have cute designs, but it is important that if you do have a two-piece, do not have it too revealing. Do not have any kind of thong bikini or string bikini. That?s just totally inappropriate. So keep it simple, keep it clean. Talent competition can be separate or inclusive. And finally evening gown is a must in all competition."
