"Next we’re going to talk about theme decorating for your local pageant. It’s important to find a theme so that it can kind of bring character to your pageant event, and the perfect way to do that is by completing the season or the time of the year. If you are having a pageant in the summertime, a great theme would be like a Hawaiian or a beach theme for example. If you're doing one in the spring, you can have one around St. Patrick’s Day and have the four-leaf clovers as part of your theme. Also, when you're doing a fall theme, since it’s harvest time, you can have changing colors of leaves you know, trees, thanksgiving theme. And then of course in the winter time, you can have like a snowy wonderland. So there's all different things that you could do. You know fake or real, arrangements in this case, you know, we have a valentine's theme, so that would be you know, in late winter or early February. And it’s just a great thing to spice up your pageant if you have great decorations on stage."
