"Hi! I'm Esther Rodrigues with the Shoe Warehouse and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to be showing you today how to clean and maintain your shoes. To maintain this boot. This is a leather and man made material. This is man made and this is leather up here. All you do is use your leather protector. You can use an all-purpose protector. All you do is spray it on, let it dry, then dab it off or use a cloth to just dry it off. Even though you have details on the boot, it doesn’t matter on how you maintain it. It just goes for the whole boot. Just spray it on, let it dry, then get a dry cloth and wipe it so it gets its sheen. If you can't tell the difference between the suede and artificial suede, the best thing to do is to ask your sales clerk. They both look the same. They're both the same kind of material, but one is suede and the other one is not."
