"Hi! I'm Esther Rodrigues with the Shoe Warehouse and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to be showing you today how to clean and maintain your shoes. If you happen to get scuffs, black scuffs on your shoes, you can use a little trick of my own. You can use a non-acetone nail polish remover. Just dab a little bit on a q-tip and just wipe it and it'll come off. On this shoe, this is a leather upper and it's well balanced man-made. On this one all you do is wipe it down with a cloth. Because of the shininess, it's not hard to clean at all. A well balanced man-made shoe, which means its got leather upper and its got man-made material. It can be leather upper, or in the inside it can be man-made material, which this is man-made. It's made by a man of course and this stuff is leather, so they just combine it. That's why it's called a well balanced man-made shoe. This is a man-made leather upper. This is all man-made on the outside, so all you do is get wet damp cloth and just wipe it down."
