Glitter Makeup Tips

"This is Eva with MakeUpMania, and we've finished all types of glitter experimentation, exploration, and techniques. The first thing we did is we showed you how to use the Girlactik on Amalia's eyes, and that was a cream base and you press the glitter on top. We also did the glitter glue on her eye and the tacky, and we finished up using the eyelash adhesive as the adhering agent onto her eye. We used some aqua color in her brows, and we added some silver glitter onto that. And this was really fun, this was one of my favorite things of the day, is we took the eyelashes, we dipped them in the glitter glue, and then we dipped them into the glitter themselves and we got this really wild clown lashes. On this cheek over here what we did is we just used the regular glitter gels that are already created with the glitter in them, and I did a little simple little flower with the red glitter by Graftobian, and then the Aqua Glitter by Ben Nye. And on her lips we just took a very simple, kind of a red base little gloss and put that on her, and then added the red glitter on top. On this cheek we've just done a little bit of latex and pressed the glitter on top. You can do that technique all over the body, and you can really just kind of press shimmer powders into that too. We went and we just did a little bit of hairspray in her hair and dropped the glitter into her hair, and there's so much you can do with that. You can actually do a lot of glitter glue and kind of clump it together and then press the glitter in, kind of do a dreadlocks and glitter in the hair. We did like a little arm tattoo down here and showed how we use aqua color or facing painting techniques, and then adding the glitter on top. And finally we did a really fun thing, is we just took Amalia's already done, beautiful tattoo, and we added some shimmer powder to her bird's wings and some glitter, and some little gels there. And I hope this video really inspires you to play with glitter and have a lot of fun with it! "
