Applying Eyeliner Glitter

"Alright. There's so many different functions with glitter and different ways that it can be applied. You can either have a glitter that's already immersed into a gel or into a liquid form. You can apply loose glitter with many different mediums. And, we're going to work first of all with loose glitter. And, we're going to work with one that is attached with a cream base. My favorite is Girlactik. I think she is one of the original people. And, what she does is she has what's called a light and a dark base. So, you take the dark base here and you simply just go in and you're going to apply your eye line or where you want the glitter to be with a brush and the dark base first of all. Ok. And, just get it nice and thick so there's something for the glitter to hold onto. Alright. That's a nice eye line. So, design your line really carefully. And, then go in and get your glitter. Be careful, because it goes everywhere. And, this Girlactik glitter is ultra ultra fine. Just press the glitter into the base and it will stay on. I think the Girlactick is just such a really pretty pretty look. Anything extra you just brush off with a soft brush. Next, we're going to do the light base with Girlactik and you can see the difference of how that works."
