"This is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. The next movement I'm going to show you is combination of movement with traction and it is all going to work on the lower back. So basically you do we are going to use the forearms to create a back and forth motion. Get a nice study rhythm. Do about 10-15 seconds. Once that rhythm is achieved one is going to go forward and the other is going to go back in this fashion. You keep moving this creates traction contraction of the lower back to the minor self adjustment for anything problems with spines. So I would repeat. First get into a rhythm and then break the rhythm by one hand going forward and one hand going back."
