"Hello on behalf of expertvillage.com this is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. The next technique I'm going to show you is called patting. You are going to use the heel and the base of the palm to pat the spine. You do it with a very control motion where you are going to hit striking down hitting this part of the heel of the spine and you are going to work you way down. But do it in a control motion, coming down and patting the spine repeating. This helps stimulate the central nervous system, the nerves running near the spine. It helps stimulate that and break any stuck disk that may be failing, a little soreness and pain it helps break that up."
