"This is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. The next technique I want to show you is called rolling. Rolling you use the back of the wrist, back of the palm and you do a quick flicking motion back and forth. So basically you speed the temple up and you should do a large muscle area like the shoulders and the lower back. If you see my action I am rolling and back and forth up and down on the side. Work my way back up. Working on the shoulders. This technique works best done repeated at lease a 100 times on the body part you are working on. This helps release any stagnation in the area that may be tight and prepare the massage for further deeper work."
