"This is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. The next technique that I'm showing you is called pulling. Basically you pull with two hands. When you have two hands you make sure that you cross the person thumb and one on the index and make sure you pull nice and slow. It is a very good stretch for the shoulder and the wrist and the arm as well. You can do the same on the right arm. All you do is just grab, pull, and releases nice and slow. You don't want to pull to hard that makes the person feel like you are pulling there arm off. You are going nice and slow. Repeat as much as you can and nice and slow."
