"Hello on behalf of expertvillage.com this is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. The next technique I'm going to show you is called the vibration. So basically you put one on top of the each other and you just push down on the spine and you just shake it, vibrate we call it. You just go along the spine. Push half way and you just go push and shake and vibrate we call it so. Make sure that the person is breathing before you do this push and then vibrate. This also depresses the cheek along the back on both sides and also the spine as well. So you can do that only on the spine. Push and vibrate. Then start all over if you want to. You just do the same thing. Push and vibrate."
