"Hello on behalf of expertvillage.com this is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. This is another form of technique we call it the kneading however you could do kneading with the thumb or kneading with the palm. So however you want to start with the palm or the finger is up to you. So basically you just go along the channel about 1 inch away from the middle of the spine on both sides. You just go kneading slowly in circular motion. All the way down to the lower back. What this does it helps circulate the chin and the butt and breaks up the blood circulation and moving of the cheek and the person feels good while I swab. You can do the same thing but with a palm the palm you just go bigger circular motion. Each time and you just go along the spine."
