"This is Billy and my name is Freddy and we are in Sanh Hoa Long acupressure and herb clinic in China Town New York City. Today we will be demonstrating Chinese massage also known as Tui Na. So basically this is the first technique that I'm going to be doing and it is called pushing. Basically you could push along the spine between either side however you want it. If you start in the right you just go the person is steady and pushing all the way down to the lower back and you just keep repeating that several times. On this side on the right and then you can switch. When you go to the left side you have to use the other hand which is the left hand. So you don't get confuse. Pushing it is a very simple technique and it feels very good. However you could also do the pushing all the way down to the leg as well."
