Style Options for Men's Formalwear

"Hi! I’m Gerald from King Tux Formal Wear in Santa Barbara for expertvillage.com today and we’re just going to talk about some different styles in the formal wear. There are a lot of different looks that you can choose if you’re choosing a formal wear. We’ll kick off with our traditional cutaway it’s a standard classic look with tails, it’s a coat a long coat it mainly comes from Europe but we find that it’s very popular here in Santa Barbara, they have the traditional striped pants, gray noble vest and of course it’s completed with a tie a striped tie and it’s called mascot but you can use a regular stripe tie also. Pete Lapel we do have the complementary jacket if you do not want to go with the long jacket it’s a short it’s called a stroller it’s also classed as a suite, the lapel does not have a shiny lapel it’s just the same fabric. We move on to their classic looks in tuxedos this is our latest jacket it’s called a seven, a little bit of satin around the side but not that full satin lapel and it’s a fitted look and three button notch with a nice satin lapel but we have found that it’s a little bit the satin is not as obvious as it used to be which we’re finding a lot of grooms like they don’t like that shiny satin."
