"HARMONIE KRIEGER: So when you're walking down the red carpet or you're at any event, you have to have a pose. It exudes your confidence, how you look that day, and all the work you put in to looking that good, you want people to know and especially if there are pictures taken. So I'm going to show mine. You can come up with any pose you want, but just make it your own and have fun with it. So my pose is kind of like a little walk and then I always pose to the side with one hand on the hip. So I always go and, yes, it is a little "red carpety," it's very posy, but when I pose for candid pictures, I even turn my face to the side like this and smile because this is my good side. So always know what side of your face is your better side because, women, we all have one side that is better and more photogenic than the other. So, again, my pose is to the side, and if you don't want to put your arm up, you don't have to, you can just hang like this but this just gives it more confidence and I love this pose. You can also do a pose where you're facing forward and your hands are kinda behind your back and you're just like.... So whatever side works for you is going to be your own determinant, but I always like to choose one side that's better and smile really wide."
