"HARMONIE KRIEGER: Okay, so we let the mud mask dry and if you can see, the green will change colors, that's how you'll know it's dry. So, it starts off as a deep green and then the dryness creates a very sea green. This side of her face is getting very hard which means that we're going take it off. So, I would take two cotton swabs, you're definitely going to need more because the mud mask is really intense. You're just going to soak them with water and you're very casually, over here, going to lift upward. You're going to lift off the mud. Now, look how nice that's coming off. And I can already feel how soft her skin is. So, you're just going to take all of the mud off. And even if it doesn't come off in one sitting, you can use as many cotton swabs as you want. I just like doing this because it gets areas around the nose that you probably can't reach with a cloth. So, I already see how beautiful her skin looks. And especially if you have acne buildup, this is great because it will take away all of the underneath dry skin that creates that buildup. Let's just go back for two more swabs. Again, soak them. And then, we're going to just clean that up. And always wipe in an upward motion. Make sure you get all of the green off. And then, if you're really don't feel that it's all coming off, you can just jump in the shower as well. There you go. Now, I don't recommend doing this mask every night. Some women make the mistake if they have pimples, they'll do the mask every night because if you do a mask every night, it will dry out your skin eventually. So, I would say, do this about once every two weeks or if you really want to do it more often than that, you can do it once a week. But just make sure the ingredients in the mask are good for you where they have some protein and vitamins in them. The mud mask is my favorite and if you want to go all out, do a full body mud mask. Now, the spas are definitely expensive to get this done but you can buy a mud mask, again, in the drugstore for about $10 to $15."
