"HARMONIE KRIEGER: So there's a reason why they call this "Smart Water," of course. The biggest thing that you can possibly do for your skin is drink water. Now, I know none of us drink as much water as we should--I know I don't. I usually drink water at the gym but you should be drinking water throughout the day. Six to eight glasses is what's recommended. Now, if you think about it, it hydrates you, so not only is it hydrating your body so you feel good every day, but it's hydrating your skin. So all of that build-up and the oil and the blackheads--that all comes from not having enough water in your body. So we should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses. Now, you can get it in any form. I mean, you can even drink tea even though that's not that as good as bottled water, but make sure that you wake up and the first thing you do when you wake up is drink a glass of water, and the last thing you do before you go to sleep is drink a glass of water. The more hydrated that you are, the better your skin will be, and the better your skin will be for years and years to come. So just try to make water a part of your everyday diet. Try to put it in your car. Try to drink it in between meals. And also just another tip for women: the more water you drink, the less hungry you are, so the less you'll eat and you'll be full from the water."
