"Hi! I'm Gila for Expert Village. Now I'll be showing you how to do Shiatsu on your face. Most importantly, we use our fingertips. Make sure that your hands are always clean before you start. We could start by the eyebrows by pressing the corners to eyebrows towards the nose with our fingers. We press down into the face and release. Again, we go into the brow, into the middle, and we press down and release. At the outer tip press down and release. We go all the way to the temples, and again, we press down and release. We go up, upwards to the center of the forehead pressing down using the 10 little fingertips and pressing down and release, pressing down and release. We do this to the whole center of the forehead. Pressing down, release, pressing down, and release. If all the little nerves that are in the face are feeling so relaxed and smooth, we go downwards to the center of the face where the nose meets the cheeks. Again, under the eyelids, we are pressing down and we release. You'll feel the cheekbone under you, your fingertips. Pressing down and up, and down and up. You'll feel the whole eye area has a muscle underneath. This is the muscle that we're pressing down on and release, and down and release. We go downwards to the center of the chin and we're using the same motion. We're pressing down and up, and down and up as we go upwards. Using the whole check muscle. We're paying attention to it by pressing down and up and down and up. Then we take our fingers and we make sure that your thumbs are all the way touching the bridge of the nose and we're pressing all the way down and going across. We're feeling the bone underneath and we release. All this can be done again and again about 3 or 4 times pressing down and up and down and up, down and up, and down and up. We're pressing down on the little nerves that are in centered in our face and releasing them. Releasing tension, anxiety, stress with every little pressure. We're going down and around and down and all the way to the end of the face."
