When we want to really pamper our skin and prepare it before makeup apply, we can massage our skin with our moisturizer. We're using the same amount that we used for regular moisturizing of the skin. You take a tiny drop of moisturizer applying it to the face and just that we're rubbing it into the skin, but we're using circular motions in the cheek zone. This creates also blood flow to the face and it's healthy for the skin and for the cell renewal. We're also applying it to the neck and we're slowly gently going upwards. We do a movement that's not like kneading dough, but gently pulling our fingertips upwards and holding the cheek and letting it go, which reminds us a little bit of kneading dough. Upwards on one side and the same strokes on the other side. Gently, gently gathering the skin, holding it into the tips of our fingertips and releasing. Upwards, holding it in, and releasing. After that we make sure to just gently gently take all the skin and move it out towards the ear tips. Moving it out and caressing the skin and never forgetting the neck. We go upwards to the nose as we massage ourselves. We are going to the forehead and we spread our fingertips across and across. We can do this repetitively about 3-5-10 times. It's all good. Our skin is happy to be receiving this attention. Then we care for the whole sinus area. Using the affinity figure. We are going around the eyes. The whole area is being taken care of with one hand over the other. You're going towards the outer side of the eye to the inner side. We do this to ourselves in order t relax the skin and prepare it for the day ahead of us. It's a wonderful way to show our skin that we love it and we're giving it attention. When we're finished massaging the whole area, we could again come back to the face starting from the chin. What we'll do now is one hand goes over the other hand, one hand goes over the other hand giving more attention and love to the face and to the skin.
