"HARMONIE KRIEGER: So now we're going to use food again as an alternative. A great food, like I said before, I was showing you the skin milk which is the cream. Well, this is real milk. And don't be afraid of milk because just because it drips and it's very liquefied, it's so good for your skin. Now, these are for your eyes. This is when you're having a long day, you're really exhausted, you think you have bags under your eyes, and you had too much alcohol the night before, whatever it might be, this is so great for your eyes. Now, yes, you can use cucumbers which everybody uses but you're going to take two cotton swabs and you are going to dip them in milk. You're going to drain them front and back. Okay, soak them until they're fully--here we go, until they're full with the milk. And all you're going to do with it--I'm not going to do it now 'cause all my make up will get messed up. All you're going to do is take the cotton swabs that are filled with the milk and place them over your two eyes. And it will drip a tiny bit but just lay down and put them on your eyes and leave them there for about 30 minutes. Now, the milk again, what it's doing, the proteins and the Vitamin A, D and E is making your skin smooth and rejuvenating it so you don't feel tired and your eyes do not have lines or bags. So this is a really great trick. If I had to recommend one food to you that's going to do anything for your skin, it's milk."
