"HARMONIE KRIEGER: Now we're going to talk about day and night cream which is very important for women. We want to make sure that the lines under our eyes do not come out when we're with people and we don't want to look like we haven't slept the night before. So, here's what we're going to do. First, we're going to use a day cream and you always want to choose a day cream with SPF in it. And that's what's going to obviously fight against the natural sunlight. Everything that you buy, by the way, must have an SPF listed on it. Because the most important thing you can do is protect your skin against the sun. So, this is by B. Kamins. It's actually a very good line and this is a little bit more expensive, this is about $50, but you can get any eye cream in Rite Aid, you can go to Nordstrom and get a higher-end eye cream. And after the foaming face wash, which we just used, we're going to just dab some eye cream under the eyes. Now, you can wear this all day long, you do not rinse this off. So, I'm just going to take a little bit, dab my finger like so and we're going to just dab a little bit underneath the eye. So, very--if you can lift your eyes up, great. Just a little bit. And you're not going to really rub it in, you're just going to do little dabs. And then after you do the little dabs, then you take your other finger and you just swipe it across very gently and rub it in. Now, if you get some underneath the eye, it's perfectly fine, it's a cream, it can go anywhere. But this is specifically so your eyes don't look tired throughout the day and your lines are under control. So, we can even rub this into the nose. Now, again, it has SPF in it--I'm gonna--I love your eye--and it has--close your eyes for a second--it has SPF in it which is so wonderful against the sun, so anywhere you rub this, your skin will be protected from the rays. Okay now, open. Great. And it actually smoothes up the skin at the same time. So that's the day cream. Now at night, before you go to sleep, this is very important, we have a night cream. Night cream is really great because this is what's going to prevent darker circles when you wake up in the morning. So, we have the day cream throughout the whole day and the night cream is only before you go to sleep. And in the morning, you want to rinse that off, of course. So, this is the night cream. Make sure you get a line that has day cream and a night cream so you can switch between the two."
