"This is Cindra at, "Abundance" yet again here with Expert Village talking about the perfect undergarments for the plus size figure. What can you wear to help minimize figure challenges? Now the first one I'm going to show you, is actually what we call our high-rise Spanx. We talked about figure types earlier and one of the figure types is an apple; an apple has their weight here in the center. This is the most beautifully designed undergarment for an apple figure type because it comes all the way up under the boobs, smooths the tummy area, smooths the hips a little bit. But that's really all you need; you don't need something that be full length, you don't need a lot of, we don't need to worry about anything else.
