"I use a small applicator cause I'm going to go in the inside of the ear first. This is the hard wax; you want to make sure to put it on kind of thick. It's going to be warm and gooey, and you just carefully put it in and apply a little pressure. How's that feel? O.k. So he's not screaming it's not scalding hot. And I need to make it a little thicker so that I have a tab to pull. There, and since I'm going to do the outside of his ear I'll just move that on the outer layer. And he doesn't have hair below there so I'm just going to make the tab right there. And you wait for that to hard, harden; and then you pull that off."
