"Hi! I am Danielle DeCamp with Intuition Salon and Spa. I am the footcare specialist here. Now after we have applied our second coat, we are going to go through and take off all the excess nail polish around the toenail. This is a very important step because you don’t want your client to be unhappy with the way you have polished their toes and you also don’t want to leave any excess around on the toes. So you are going to use an orange wood stick and a cotton swab. You are just going to just wrap it around the cotton swab, the orange wood stick, like this you are going to go and have it dip it in some acetone and then you are going to around all the toes to make sure that all the excess nail polish around them is gone. And make sure you also go over the top of the toe well. And you are going to repeat this on both feet. It is very important since the nail polish is still wet to not get the cotton swab on the nail polish because you don’t want to have any cotton on their toes and now you are ready to get creative."
