"Hi, I am Danielle DeCamp with Intuition Salon and Spa. I am the footcare specialist here. Now the next step in this procedure is the massage. I have already exfoliated the feet and I have let them sit in the water to get a little more soft. So what I am going to do now is to take some of the oil I put on the nails earlier. Put a little bit in my hand, not too much, rub it around, I am going to apply that to the feet. That also helps soften and also I mean to go a little bit of the leg and then whatever they prefer for their massage, whatever lotions they want you are going to use, see here are some. Do you want the moisturizing exfoliating or would you like a regular lotion? All right, you are going to take some in your hand and remember this is a massage. Don’t use too much for you want to be pretty generous with it. I am going to rub it on the feet and up the leg and then I am going to start my massage. Now you want to make sure you are pretty firm with this. Rub in a circular motion. Don’t rub too hard in the shins, that doesn’t feel very good. Go ahead and rub the calves and down to the ankle and then on the underside of the foot. I mean really good in there. Make sure you also pay special attention to their heels and like I said you want to apply lot of pressure to this. I am not hurting you. Am I? No. Okay. And you want to continue the massage for about 10 minutes and that is the end of massage. The next step is nail polish."
