"Hi, I'm David Clemen on behalf of Expert Village. Today on the show we're going to do fashion illustration. OK, now that we've kind of looked at the men's faces in fashion illusion, we've learned that they're angular and they're sharp and the same thing goes with their bodies. Square shoulders, smaller waist and then just think boxy like a station wagon. But you can still make it interesting. So, now that we have the head here, I'm just going to build on this illustration. So you've got the collar coming up here, coming down and then his shoulder is like POW, it just comes out and then it drops off, the edge of the arm is there. And then you come out here, and then his chest comes in like this. And it does come down to the waist, but very boxy. That's about the best thing I could tell you about the men's bodies. But see how his shoulders basically they are moving so what you can do to make this interesting, is bring the lapel out here and then you just swing it in a little bit just to give it some movement. And then all of a sudden it's a much more interesting jacket. And then you could indicate the weave here, you can make it angular, then you kind of cross hatch it. But all of a sudden he's got this really dark scarf, comes in and wraps around on this side. Then I could come up here indicate his hair. Come down here and get the lapel, things like that, fill this in back here. Then I could put the city skyline in the back to make it more interesting and kind of tell a story once again. And that's another way you can do men."
