"My name is Dawn Shannon owner of Intuition Salon and Spa. We are going to take our next section and we are going to do another one of the high lift blond. When I pull out this piece, you can see that there is already some highlights in here, I am going to skip those pieces so that we do not damage the hair. And if I do get one I am going to be very careful not to put color on it. it is really important when you are coloring people’s hair that you protect the health of the hair. Pulling the foil as tight as you can up at the re-growth, pull down the hair and some people if they have a hard time having the foil stay, you can put conditioner in between the foils, which helps them stick better. Also you want to be aware of the hair in the client’s face, so be aware of client comfort while doing this. The next one we are going to do with the high lift blond, I am going to take a lighter parting, just to create a multidimensional effect. Pulling it tight at the roots, lightly applying it so that it does not bleed out of the foils. We are continuing to use the decolorizer. Now I am taking a wider section so I am going to be really careful to get this up at the base without making it bleed. "
