As for the skirt, it has two pleats in the front. I really like the back of the skirt; it has several pleats at the bottom and above that it has a band with two buttons. For my shoes, I have on the basic black pumps that can be worn with anything. Black suits are considered to be the number one conservative outfit to wear.
