As you see our model Danielle has on just a regular turtle neck sweater dress. She is going to take a large scarf and tie it just on her hips and let it drape. The fringe is hanging and gives a look like that. I can take this same scarf and maybe drape it a little lower and tie it a little tighter here which gives the illusion that you have a skirt on with this dress. So that is a way you can wear just a regular light weight wool scarf and make it look either a short dress or an accent hip wear. "
