You can buy scarves any where at your local department store, boutiques, garage sales, consignment shops or even buy pieces of material that you can find at any kind of fabric store, or maybe some type of material that you have just lying around the house. You can use different techniques on just tying scarves around your body, your neck and your head. It just takes a little imagination and some ingenuity on how you just want to dress up your outfit. We are going to have some fun tying scarves around us, trying some new techniques and just some little traditional techniques on how to wear scarves and how to tie them around you. "
