"Hello! I'm Derek Berlin with Veronica's Hair and Spa and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to be demonstrating a full line facial preparation. For those of who have heard a new word today called declatage. It is basically the lower plate of the upper chest. In Europe people consider this the beginning of their face. Here in America, we usually considered this the beginning so a woman's neck has always been a beautiful part of our anatomy. So we want to keep this soft or subtle and without any dryness so that any garment you are wearing if you are declatage or upper chest plate is exposed, it has the same beauty as your skin. Now we've got the mask placed up on the plate of the face and that is the top of the skin here. The roundness of the face we refer to the plate and we are going to allow this to sit as this is happening move into deep of the tissue lining. "
