"Hello. I'm Donna Beth Joy Shapiro on behalf of Expert Village, and today I'm going to show you how to iron a pair of jeans. In this clip, I'm going to iron a pair of black jeans. I have a lot of experience with black jeans. I wear them almost every day. So, these are particularly a nice pair of black jeans. They are not worn out at all. No starch. Again, I don't like to use starch on black because it can flake and show. But, definitely have the steam going in my nice steam iron. I have a pretty rough wrinkle right here. I'm going to try first to steam on it. This iron also has a little sprinkle feature, which I like. And, it looks like we did need that extra little burst of water to get that wrinkle out. So, I'm starting on the front of the jeans, and again, pulling the pocket out as best I can. I'm being very careful not to iron over the zipper or any other rivets. Doing so, you will, without a doubt, scratch the sole plate of your iron (that's the bottom). And you can never fix that. So, especially if you have a pricey iron, you want to protect your investment. So, don't iron over zippers, rivets, buttons or anything like that. "
