"Hi. I'm Douglas Willott and on behalf of Expert Village we're going to be talking about online jean shopping today. Alright, your jeans have arrived. You open them up and you try them on and they're not exactly what you wanted. Maybe the wrong size or even the wrong jean got sent to you or they just don't fit like they say they would. You just don't like the way they look. Maybe their ripped or defective, etc. For whatever reason, you're going to have to return them. How to return jeans from online shopping: It's not that difficult. Most return policies will be clearly stated in the confirmation email that you receive on your initial purchase. Additionally, whatever site you purchase from generally has their return policy listed on line. Just in case for some reason they didn't send it to you in the email or on the receipt that was at the end of your transaction. Inside the package they often also have the return policy. Follow the instructions to the best of your ability. Generally, you can use the same box that your jeans arrived in and send it back to the retailer at the retailer's cost. They will often foot that bill because they want to have good customer service as opposed to just making you pay and pay for something that might be their mistake. Generally, the more respected sites will let you return for whatever reasons. Even if you just try them on and you don't like the way they look. They'll let you send it back. They do this so when you make your initial purchase you don't feel confined. You don't feel like, if I try them on and don't like them, well that's that I've lost my money. This way, again they maintain good customer relations. And you're going to want to go back to that site in the future because you know in case this happens again you can trust them."
