"Before starting the massage on the front leg, let me tell you the pressure points of the front leg. This is L1, which is balancing plasma and water metabolism of the body. So when people are suffering from obesity or during the pregnancy when you have the swollen legs, this massage definitely helps that. This is L3 for pancreas and kidneys. In the middle of the muscle, L4, which is for the digestion and this too, L5 and L6. It controls the protein level of the body.
