"Ok now we're going to show you how to do an out braid, and commonly when it comes to stylized braiding to the scalp they are done in the out fashion. So again you're going to start with your three pieces. Go ahead and separate them. Make sure you have all your hair. Ok and instead of going over like we did on the in braid, you're going to actually be going under the middle piece and cross it over like that. You're going to take your right strand and go under, smooth out that hair, take your outside, go under the middle, outside and under, outside and under. This is all that we do. When it comes to French braiding you'll see how this applies. Just keep going out and under, out and under. Work it all the way down until you can't braid anymore, and you'll notice the difference that the hair goes outward instead of in towards the middle. This is how we do an out braid."
