"OK, now we're going to go ahead and prep for this second row, just so we can make sure that we get a good solid pattern going. So go in and comb that out. That's a little bit too wide, I'm going to narrow it up just a little bit. The only ready why the first one is so wide is to compensate for the curves of the hair line. We're going to go ahead and just pull this down and just use your comb to separate the hair. And we've got this one just tied up so feel free to just push that out of the way so you can make sure you see what you're doing. OK. Now we've got a nice clear straight line. It's bending just a little bit, but that's quite alright because this hairline bends back here so this is going to be perfect. Grab those little hairs behind the ears. Make sure you keep your eye out for those. They tend to be sneaky. OK. So now that we have that set, we're going to go ahead and stick our combs back here to hold this hair back and I'm actually going to start with the second braid and not the first just so we can establish a middle. And there's my middle right there. I bring it up here. That's how we're going to separate it. This is where the spine is going to be. And now we can start braiding our fishbones."
