"Finally, tip Number #19 - Pulse Points. I could argue that this is the most important tip of all. If you hear nothing else that I say, please remember this. The best way to get the most mileage out of your perfume, whether it's an oil, a liquid, a spray, a solid, a rich perfume, a budget perfume, a casual perfume, a daytime perfume, an evening perfume or perfume for an occasion, is to apply it to your pulse points. These are the parts of the body that heat up the fastest. The most common pulse points are behind the ears, at the throat or on the sides of the throat, the inside of the wrists, the inside of the elbows, under the arms, behind the knees, and at the belly button. All of these areas are the areas where your pulse is the most close to the skin, the most visible, and the heat from your blood coursing through your body will warm up your skin the most quickly. What happens when your skin is warmed by your blood's natural flow is that the alcohol or the oil in the perfume begins to evaporate into the air around you. When you apply perfume to all of your pulse points, you walk around with a very slight but significant aura surrounding your body, that when people get into your space, they can smell. If you overdo it, your aura will be much bigger than your body and people won't be able to get close to you because you will smell so strongly of perfume that it will make them cough. Another way to apply your perfume besides pulse points is to spray a little bit of it in the air and walk through it. Or a little bit above your head and stand underneath it. This is a less economical way of applying your perfume and is not recommended by me or any perfume sales people that I know. Again, I'm Beth Alyse with Guerrilla Makeovers, and I appreciate your attention to this Expert Village video. Thank you very much."
