How to Put a Zipper on a Flared Skirt: Part 1

"I'm Candi Cane Canncel with Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to show you how to take your skirt that you pinned and figure out where you want to put your zipper. The first thing you want to do is hold it up to you and decide if you want to have it either on the side or on the back. In this case I'm going to do it on the side. So I hold the skirt up to me and figure out where the side is then I'm going to go ahead and take it apart at the side measurement. Go ahead and unpin the next panel so once you figure out where your zipper is going to go and you unpin it go ahead and unpin the two panels because this is where your are going to do your zipper. The zipper is a lot easier to install if you have it laying flat as oppose to already pinned together."
