"Hi, I am Candi Cane-Canncel with Expert Village. I am going to go ahead and do the first part of my buttonhole. When you come down to the point you need to go across, you are going to switch out to the next step of your buttonhole. Then come up again. I like to do my button holes twice, go over the exact same motion one more time. I just think it makes them more secure. You are going to do the same exact thing to the other seam. Okay, once you are done, take the small scissors, and fold your buttonhole in half and just snip. Make sure you don't snip the sides of the fabric or snip the threads. You just want to get inside of there. Once that is done, we are going to fold over and create our casing."
