" Hi, I'm Candi Cane Canncel with Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to show you how to measure how much elastic you need to go around the back or ribbon if you are using ribbon. As well how to pin your new fun mask. So I'm going to using just one piece of elastic and what you want to do is basically measure the back of your head. You are going to kind of from side of your eye to the other side of your eye about here. Then you're going to pull it a little tighter cause with the mask you want it to be taught but you don't want it to tight that you don't get a headache. You measure it and kind with just your fingers hold it and give it a cut. If you are doing this with ribbon you will do the same thing but instead you would just use two pieces. You also would want to make it longer because you're going to be tying them in the back. So you just measure how much for you're going to do with a tie and then go ahead and double that up, then you can cut it in half. Now that you have your measurement of your elastic you want to take your two pieces and put them right side together. So I'm going to place mine right side of my fabulous zebra print up against the right side of my fabric."
