on 9/19/2009 Why was she so concerned in the beginning that the chair cloth did not touch his neck. And then put it right on the bear neck towards the end. If I cut hair like that in my shop I would be out of business in known time.

"Hi, I'm Casey I'm with Elements University. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment I'm just going to go ahead and give a summary of what we've done. So the first step is we went ahead and we used our clippers, I used a number two guard. Remember to always rock the clippers out, don't hold them straight, don't pull them straight out because you'll get a line. So go ahead and rock them out. Next thing you want to do is if your client has a lot of product go ahead and shampoo them at that time. Then once you have done that bring it back to chair, go ahead and take your very first section like I said that middle top section or your Mohawk section. When you're cutting always remember to point cut. Do not cut straight across cause you'll get cut marks. Once you've done the middle section, then you need to move into your side corner sections and just go ahead and pull that hair straight up from that corner. You're going to see your corner cut it off point cutting definitely not straight cutting. Once you have done that definitely scissor over cutting and blending a lot easier remember to hold the hair straight out at a 90 degree angle that's going to cut off any access hair, it saves you a ton of work. At that point when you completed the whole perimeter of the hair, go ahead and start scissor over combing to blend in the rest of the hair line in. Again if you have a client that has course tough hair and you can't get it to blend in either your clipper over comb or your scissor over comb use the thinning shears that will help you all the time. Again if you have the people that wear hats, football players excellent tip for that, then once you have completed that you're going to go ahead and you're going to clean up the neck line, clean up around the ears. Make sure that the sideburns are short enough. Once you complete all of your cutting go ahead take them back either rinse them or shampoo them for the final touch and then go ahead and style. This is our final men's haircut using the clippers and the shears. Thank you for watching and watch our other videos in this category."
