"Hi, I'm Casey I'm with Elements University. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment, I'm going to talk a little bit about shampooing. So we're pretty much finished with the haircut and at this point you have a lot people coming in that just stop in at there lunch break, businessman even if they are not definitely don't want to send them out with having the little hair pieces hanging out in there hair. So at this point when you're all finished go ahead take them back and either just give them a really quick rinse or you can go ahead and shampoo them one more time. I'll go ahead and shampoo my client so once you've gone ahead and shampooed my client. Stay tune for the next segment and I'm going to give you some tips on styling."
