" Hello this is Cherie Krieger on behalf of expertvillage.com. What we are going to show you today is sport massage concentrating on the lower exterminates. In applying the lotion you use long smooth strokes up and down the legs. Making sure that you distribute the lotion evenly. The first step that you want to do is friction on the legs to warm up the area that you are going to be working on. Next we are going to apply pressure down onto the calf. You could apply this like this. Different clients are going to require different techniques but this is your basic warm up."
