Once again starting with your pulling the muscles apart using the knuckles to stretch them and lengthen the muscles. Applying a much smaller technique and then the com......you always want to be careful over the knee area that you don't put to much pressure. Doing a better massage on the rear of the knee and then using the forearm technique once again. The forearm is especially good on the thighs because it gives you much more surface of your arm to work with the larger portion of the thigh. "
